We keep it simple. All orders $35 and over shipped within the US ship FREE via standard ground service via UPS/FedEx/USPS. All order under $35 are a flat $4.95
Orders shipping to HI and AK usually ship via USPS Priority and have additional fees.

We want your order to arrive as soon as possible, which is why almost all orders ship within 1 business day. To make sure you get your order as soon as possible, we require everyone to have an account in which they can manage their orders, shipments and customer service inquiries.
Most orders ship within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of order date via UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority or other regional carrier to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most standard ground shipments arrive within 5 business days. Weekend delivery is not available. (Excludes US Territories)

All items ships FOB Origin, which means that once we have safely delivered it into the hands of UPS, the Postal Service, FedEx, or another carrier, we are not responsible for any damage, loss or other non-delivery or miss-delivery issues (it does happen, although rarely). We will gladly work with you to help you sort out any problem and to facilitate delivery, but once it is out of ours hands we can no longer be responsible for your item(s). We recommend purchasing the optional insurance if you are concerned about your package.
Address Accuracy and Address Correction:
Our systems automatically ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure its accuracy. We also reserve the right to pass along to you any fees assessed by the carrier to address-correct your package once it is underway. If you provide an inaccurate address or your package is refused or returned for any reason that is not our fault, we will not refund you the shipping costs and may assess an additional charge if the carrier charges us to return the item to us (a common UPS practice). If you want us to re-ship your item, you will have to pay shipping costs a second time. If you do not want it re-shipped, we will treat your package as if it was a return.
Free Shipping Promotions
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping applies ONLY to domestic U.S. shipping addresses and may not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and other address outside the lower 48 states. If you return an item that was shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping that item from the amount of your refund.
