EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
We get it. Buying online can seem risky. That's why we offer a 'No-Hassle' policy to ensure you get the right product(s). As long as the product(s) can be sold as new, you can return or exchange them.
RETURNS & RE-STOCKING FEES
Most who purchase the Barocook Flameless Cooking System end up keeping them. However, sometimes our products just don't meet your unique needs. Don't worry, because you can return your order for refund under the following guidelines:
New Condition & 25 Days - All item/s in original, new condition* can be returned within 25 days of Original order Date.
Customer Pays Shipping - Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments.
Re-stocking Fees - Our return policy includes a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items, minus a 15% re-stocking fee. We do not refund the cost of shipping or any duties, taxes or VAT.
RMA Number - All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to returning for tracking purposes.
Original Packaging - Products must be in the original box and/or packaging. Please do not use the product box as a shipping box.
NOTE: Some promotions and closeouts include products that are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please read all promotional materials and product descriptions prior to purchase.
It's that simple. Once we receive your product, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 7 business days.
